WAIVER & RELEASE.   As a non-profit organization operating a shooting sports facility involving hazardous activities on-site, ISA cannot accept undue liability for misconduct of members and their guests.  As a condition of using ISA facilities, all persons must fully, accurately complete and sign the below electronic ISA Waiver & Release Agreement (Waiver) before using ISA's facilities:

·    All guests must fully complete a Waiver for each and every visit

·    Once you have completed and signed your Waiver, a copy will be emailed to the address you provided

·    Your careful record keeping is appreciated as ISA pays for the processing of each Waiver

·    If you decline to complete and sign this Waiver, you are not authorized to use ISA's facilities
